What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in for cabins starts at 2:00 PM, while site check-in starts at 10:00 AM. Check-out time for all accommodation is 10:00 AM.

What are the reception opening hours?

Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM / Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM / Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before arrival are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administration fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Are refunds available for early departures?

No. Refunds are not provided for guests who leave earlier than their booked departure date.

Is there an administration fee for cancellations?

Yes. A $25 administration fee applies to all cancellations and will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Are pets allowed at the park?

Yes. Selected pet-friendly cabins are available with an additional surcharge. Pets must always be supervised, kept on a leash within the park, and owners are required to clean up after them.

What is considered Peak Season?

Peak Season includes special events and holiday periods such as:

  • Power Station Shut
  • Camp Oven Festival
  • Caravan Rallies
  • Group Bookings & Wedding Parties
  • Christmas & New Year period (20 December – 5 January)

When do I need to pay for my booking?

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. A confirmation email will be sent once payment is received.

What happens if I arrive late or do not arrive?
If you do not arrive by 10:00 AM on the day after your scheduled arrival, your reservation may be cancelled without refund.

Can pets be left alone inside cabins or sites?

No. Pets must never be left unattended at any time during your stay.

What is the cancellation policy during Peak Season?

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival during Peak Season are non-refundable, and 100% of the booking payment will be retained.

Is there a fee for lost or unreturned cabin keys?

Yes. A $50 replacement fee applies if cabin or room keys are not returned upon departure. Key return boxes are available near the boom gate and beside the office entrance.
